Terms & Conditions
Skye Roxburgh Nutrition and Education Services, practising as SR Nutrition
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Skye Roxburgh Nutrition and Education Services, practising as SR Nutrition (“SR Nutrition”, “I” or “my”), and to your use of the SR Nutrition website and associated educational resources.
By booking a consultation or using the services of SR Nutrition, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Clinical Nutrition Services
SR Nutrition provides individualised clinical nutrition services based on the information available at the time of consultation. This may include assessment of dietary intake, health and medical history, lifestyle factors, pathology and other relevant clinical information.
Recommendations may include dietary and lifestyle strategies, nutritional supplementation, further investigation or referral to another healthcare professional where appropriate.
Clinical nutrition services are intended to complement, rather than replace, appropriate medical care. SR Nutrition does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency medical treatment or advice outside the practitioner's professional scope of practice.
You should not discontinue or alter prescribed medication or medical treatment without consulting the healthcare professional responsible for that treatment.
Appointments and Bookings
Appointments are booked for a specific amount of consultation time. The appropriate consultation type should be selected according to your needs.
You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about your health, medical history, medications, supplements and other factors that may influence your care.
Where the information required to safely or appropriately provide a service is not available, I may recommend that further information or assessment is obtained before recommendations are made.
Fees and Payment
Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking and may vary according to the type and duration of the service selected.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or otherwise in accordance with the payment arrangements provided when your appointment is scheduled.
Payments are processed through Stripe. SR Nutrition does not store your payment card details for future purchases.
Consultation fees may change from time to time. Any change in fees will not affect an appointment that has already been booked and paid for at the previously stated fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
If you cancel without providing notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment, a fee of 100% of the consultation fee may apply.
Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of SR Nutrition in exceptional circumstances.
If I need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer you an alternative appointment time. If the alternative appointment is not suitable, you may choose to receive a full refund of any consultation fee already paid rather than reschedule.
If a consultation has already commenced but cannot reasonably be completed due to circumstances within my control, including a significant technical issue, I will arrange another suitable time to complete the remaining consultation at no additional cost. Where this is not reasonably possible, an appropriate refund will be provided.
SR Nutrition is not responsible for reasonable costs or losses arising from an appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this cancellation policy.
Late Attendance
If you arrive late to an appointment, the consultation will generally still finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
The full consultation fee will remain payable.
Where I am responsible for a delay, your allocated consultation time will not be reduced as a result.
Follow-Up Consultations and Pathology Review
Follow-up consultations are intended to review progress, discuss relevant results and make appropriate adjustments to your nutrition or treatment plan within the allocated consultation time.
Where extensive pathology, multiple test results, a significant change in health circumstances or more complex treatment planning requires additional review, you may be asked to book an Extended Follow-Up Consultation.
This allows sufficient time for appropriate review and interpretation rather than attempting to address complex clinical information within a shorter appointment.
Express Supplement Consultations
An Express Supplement Consultation provides a shorter consultation for people seeking targeted nutritional supplement advice.
Before making recommendations, I will review relevant health and medical history, medications, existing supplements and other information required to determine whether supplementation is appropriate.
Booking an Express Supplement Consultation does not guarantee that a particular supplement or product will be recommended. Recommendations will only be made where I consider them appropriate based on the information available.
Where your needs require more detailed clinical assessment than can reasonably be provided within an Express Supplement Consultation, I may recommend booking a longer consultation.
Nutritional Supplements and Compounded Products
Where clinically appropriate, recommendations may include nutritional supplements, practitioner-only products, commercially available products or individually compounded formulations.
Products may be recommended directly or supplied through practitioner dispensing platforms, supplement suppliers or compounding pharmacies.
Product availability, formulation and pricing may change and are outside the direct control of SR Nutrition.
Products purchased or dispensed by a third-party provider may also be subject to that provider's payment, delivery, returns and refund conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Communication Between Consultations
Brief questions seeking clarification about an existing nutrition or supplement plan may be addressed between appointments where appropriate.
New health concerns, new pathology results, substantial questions, changes to treatment or requests requiring clinical assessment or review may require a follow-up consultation.
Email and other forms of communication should not be used for urgent medical concerns.
Outcomes
Nutrition and health outcomes vary between individuals and are influenced by many factors.
While recommendations are made using clinical information, professional judgement and available evidence, SR Nutrition cannot guarantee a particular health, weight, fertility, pregnancy, IVF, reproductive or other clinical outcome.
The absence of a guaranteed outcome does not affect any rights or guarantees that apply to the provision of services under Australian Consumer Law.
Working With Other Health Professionals
Clinical nutrition may form one part of your broader healthcare.
Where appropriate, I may recommend that you consult your general practitioner, specialist, fertility clinic or another suitably qualified healthcare professional for further investigation, diagnosis or treatment.
With your consent, I may communicate with other health professionals involved in your care where this supports coordinated care. The collection, use and disclosure of your health information is addressed further in the SR Nutrition Privacy Policy.
Online Consultations
SR Nutrition consultations are provided online via Zoom.
You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device and, where possible, a private environment in which you feel comfortable discussing personal health information.
If a consultation is interrupted by a technical problem on your side, I will make reasonable efforts to reconnect and complete the consultation within the allocated appointment time.
Where a significant technical problem on my side prevents the consultation from being completed, another suitable time will be arranged to complete the remaining consultation at no additional cost or, where appropriate, a refund will be provided.
Consultations are not routinely recorded. Any recording would only occur where specifically required and with your prior express consent.
Clients Under 18 Years of Age
Clients under 18 years of age may require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, depending on their age, maturity and capacity to understand the nature of the consultation and proposed care.
Where appropriate, young people will be involved in decisions regarding their care and the handling of their personal information.
International Clients
SR Nutrition provides online services from Australia and may provide consultations to clients located internationally.
Healthcare, pathology, supplement and prescribing requirements may differ between countries. Availability of particular investigations, supplements, compounded products or other recommendations cannot be guaranteed outside Australia.
Clients located outside Australia are responsible for ensuring that they are able to access SR Nutrition services and any recommended products or services within the requirements of their local jurisdiction.
Where appropriate, you may be advised to seek assessment or care from a healthcare professional within your country of residence.
Urgent and Emergency Care
SR Nutrition does not provide an emergency or acute medical service.
If you are experiencing symptoms requiring urgent medical assessment or believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, you should seek appropriate medical or emergency care rather than waiting for a consultation or response from SR Nutrition.
Website and Evidence Hub Information
Information provided through the SR Nutrition website, Evidence Hub, articles, recipes, newsletters, downloadable resources and social media is provided for general educational purposes.
This information does not take into account your individual medical history, nutritional needs, medications, pathology or personal circumstances and should not be considered individual clinical or medical advice.
Reading or using educational material provided by SR Nutrition does not establish a practitioner-client relationship.
Information presented on the website is based on information and evidence considered appropriate at the time of publication. Nutrition and health research continues to develop, and information may therefore change over time.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content produced by SR Nutrition, including written material, articles, educational resources, graphics, handouts, treatment materials and other original content, remains the intellectual property of Skye Roxburgh Nutrition and Education Services.
Materials provided to clients may be used for their personal use.
Content must not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, substantially adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-Party Websites, Products and Services
The SR Nutrition website or clinical recommendations may include links or referrals to third-party websites, laboratories, healthcare providers, supplement suppliers, practitioner dispensing platforms or other services.
These organisations operate independently of SR Nutrition and may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing and service arrangements.
A link, recommendation or referral does not make SR Nutrition responsible for the operation, availability, content or practices of an independent third-party provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, services will be provided with the consumer guarantees required by law.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission confirms that businesses cannot contract out of consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
SR Nutrition collects and handles personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Further information about the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal and health information is available in the SR Nutrition Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to SR Nutrition's services, business practices or applicable requirements.
The current version will be available on the SR Nutrition website and will display the date it was last updated.
