The consultation options below are designed to help you choose the appointment that best suits your needs, whether you are booking your first consultation or returning for ongoing support.

Initial Fertility Consultation (Individual)

90 minutes

For those preparing to conceive, already trying to conceive, or preparing for or undergoing IVF or other fertility treatment.

This extended appointment allows time to explore your health and fertility history, review relevant pathology and fertility investigations, and consider your current diet, lifestyle and supplements. An individualised nutrition plan will then be developed to support your reproductive health and fertility goals

Appointment Cost: $295

Initial Fertility Consultation (Two people)

120 minutes

For two people who would both like nutrition support while preparing to conceive, already trying to conceive, or preparing for or undergoing IVF or other fertility treatment.

This extended appointment allows time to explore each person's health and fertility history, review relevant pathology and fertility investigations, and consider individual diet, lifestyle and supplement needs. Individualised nutrition recommendations will then be developed for each person, while considering your fertility plans together. Appointment Cost: $395

Initial Consultation

60 minutes

A comprehensive first consultation exploring your health history, current concerns, nutrition and lifestyle. Relevant pathology, medications and supplements will also be reviewed where appropriate.

Following your consultation, I will carefully review your case and develop an individualised nutrition plan and recommendations tailored to your needs.

Appointment Cost: $195

Follow-Up Consultation

30 minutes

Follow-up consultations provide time to assess your progress, discuss any changes or challenges, and implement adjustments to your nutrition plan and recommendations.

Pathology or other results can also be reviewed where relevant. Where more extensive pathology review is required, an extended follow-up consultation may be recommended.

Appointment Cost: $100

Extended Follow-Up Consultation

45 minutes

For those requiring additional time to review progress, more extensive pathology or changes in health circumstances.

This extended consultation allows for a more detailed assessment and adjustment of your nutrition plan and recommendations

Appointment Cost: $145

Express Supplement Consultation

20 minutes

A focused consultation for individualised supplement advice. Your health history, medications and current supplements will be briefly reviewed to ensure recommendations are safe and appropriate for you.

Following your consultation, you will receive personalised supplement recommendations if indicated, including dosage and directions for use. For more complex health concerns or extensive pathology review, an Initial Consultation may be recommended.

Appointment Cost: $75
